The house has two floors, a basement, laundry facilities, 2 living room areas, a kitchen, then the bedrooms and bathrooms. Rent is $450, broken down into $350 on the 30th of every month for rent, and $100 on the 15th of every month for utilities. Utilities include, cable, phone, internet, water, electricity, sewer, garbage, and use of the washer and dryer. The room that is available is on the main floor. The other roommates in the house are 20-21 2 males and 2 females. I would prefer another male roommate within 18-24 years of age.
