2 Bedroom House available August 1st I've put this house on market, but everyone who has applied has been pretty irresponsible and not known how to take care of a house. So, now I'm posting an ad for caretakers and reducing the rent even further (market is $1100). Everything in this house has been efficient and functional for me for the past 3 years, but the house needs some TLC in the design and appearance area. I'm looking for caretakers (I'll be at law school for three years, so I'm looking for at least a one year lease). I would like caretakers who can do yard maintainance (mowing, shoveling snow) of course, but also gardening, tree pruning, painting, know which end of a power drill to use, can change a lightbulb, like to do house projects. As I said, the house is pretty functional, extremely energy efficient, has newer roof, furnace, water heater, etc., but I need someone capable of upkeep and who is interested in home projects and capable. Watchers of "This Old House," HGTV, "Trading Spaces," etc would be great. I'd love to have a couple here, pets are very welcome.
