Rent is $325/mo. year round and includes heat/elec./water/sewage/trash. If interested in sharing the cable internet/tv hook-up, it would be $355/mo. Room is available to move into ASAP. I moved to Pittsburgh two years ago to serve in a volunteer organization and liked the city so much I never left! I'm busy working downtown, volunteering and playing sports so you'll definitely have your privacy. I also enjoy Pittsburgh's culture, music venues, eateries, parks, etc. if you'd like to explore the city. The apartment is furnished but the available bedroom is unfurnished and 12'x10'. Smoking outside only please. Apartment has living room opening to computer room/den(window A/C), lg. kitchen, ceiling fans and FREE street parking. It's a 10min. drive to downtown and very close to numerous bus lines (including Bellevue Flyer) that quickly get you to downtown and connecting busses. There's also one bus that will take you through Oakland and as far as the zoo. For this price and ammenities who would want to live anywhere else?!
